For several decades, Lindsay Hart has advised clients and drafted documents for estate planning, including wills (simple and complex), irrevocable trusts, durable powers of attorney, advance directives, living trusts and inter vivos gifts. We also have a busy probate practice as counsel to Personal Representatives in many Oregon counties. Our goal is to balance estate and inheritance tax considerations with our clients’ testamentary objectives. We also regularly act as counsel for guardians and conservators.
