Associate
Michael focuses his practice on complex civil litigation and has significant experience in representing plaintiffs and defendants in commercial and real property disputes, employment litigation, product liability cases, class actions, and appeals. Before practicing law, Michael clerked for the Honorable Walter Carpeneti of the Alaska Supreme Court, as well as the Federal Trade Commission in Washington, D.C. He graduated in 2004 with high honors from the University of Washington School of Law, where he was an editor of the Washington Law Review. He obtained his bachelor's degree in business and accounting, summa cum laude, from Boston University. Michael is admitted to the bar and has practiced extensively in both Oregon and Washington.
