With a long involvement in complex product liability claims – ranging from pharmaceuticals to medical devices and motor vehicles to consumer devices - Lindsay Hart has litigated many high profile product liability cases in state and federal trial and appellate courts. Our experience includes the management and defense of class action lawsuits. One of our attorneys served as the Chair of the Oregon State Bar Association committee on products liability. Another of our attorneys came to us from a major commercial insurance company, where he represented the insurer’s several hundred lawyers as their national Chair of the Products Liability Liaison Committee.
