Rachel Arnold

A native Oregonian, Rachel traveled extensively in her youth with her military family. She earned a Bachelors degree in biomedical science from Texas A&M University and a Masters degree in public health from Oregon State University and then spent several years working for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Law school followed. She joined Lindsay Hart after working as a law clerk to the Honorable Virginia L. Linder and the Honorable Timothy J. Sercombe of the Oregon Court of Appeals. She currently serves on the executive board of the health law section of the Oregon State Bar.
