Bob earned his law degree from the University of Michigan, combining an interest in law with an interest in business. His practice emphasizes corporate transactions, real estate, general business law, secured transactions and estate planning. Although he no longer practices as an accountant, he earned a license as a Certified Public Accountant, and is a former member of both the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is the firm’s Managing Partner. He is admitted to the U.S. Tax Court and has been a member of the Oregon State Bar since 1974.
