Lobbying Activities: Lindsay Hart maintains an active network of bi-partisan Congressional contacts with whom we work closely. We seek to obtain favorable rulings and policies from the Executive Branch and keep clients informed using our communications and monitoring capabilities.

Regulatory and Administrative Practice: Representative Federal agencies where we are active include United States Trade Representative, Department of Defense, U.S. Customs Service, Office of Foreign Trade Zones, U.S. Department of Agriculture, Federal Trade Commission, Consumer Product Safety Commission, Federal Maritime Commission, Department of Transportation and the State Department. We facilitate contact between our clients and decision makers in our nation’s capitol and regularly organize government affairs conferences for our client associations.

International Trade and Transportation Specialty: Lindsay Hart uses its contacts and expertise to help companies work with other governments, including the European community, Latin America, the World Trade Organization and other foreign capitols.
