A graduate of Princeton University and the University of Oregon Law School, Bill has spent the last three decades crafting skills in a broad range of casualty litigation. He has a particular interest in cases involving asbestos, medical and product issues, as well as a focus – shared by only a small handful of Oregon lawyers – in defending claims under the Longshore Harbor Workers Compensation Act. He has been a member of the Oregon State Bar since 1974 and the Washington State Bar since 1986.
