Anne Wynn Decker

Anne focuses her practice on professional liability defense, with an emphasis in medical malpractice and long-term care facility defense. She also enjoys defending all types of civil litigation.

Before joining Lindsay Hart, Anne clerked for Justice Lynn Nakamoto on the Oregon Supreme Court. She also spent the year before that clerking for the Hon. M. K. Merten at Lane County Circuit Court. She brings her appellate and trial clerkship experiences to her litigation practice.

Anne returned to Oregon after attending the University of Puget Sound and graduating with a dual major in Politics & Government and German and a minor in music. After a year of working in federal and state politics, Anne decided to pursue a legal career. Anne graduated from Willamette University College of Law in 2018, summa cum laude. While in law school she was the Managing Editor of the Willamette Law Review, mentored first-year law students in legal research and writing, and worked as the lead law clerk at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Portland.

When not practicing law, Anne enjoys exploring Oregon’s great outdoors, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen with her husband, and staying connected with friends and family.
