Courtney Wells

Courtney was born and raised in Oregon, and joined Lindsay Hart in 2014. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Oregon and her associate degree in Paralegal Studies from Portland Community College before starting as a paralegal in 2009. 

Courtney is experienced in several areas of law including bankruptcy, estate planning, and general litigation, but her primary focus is on professional malpractice defense. She appreciates the challenges of litigation, as well as the attention to detail and critical thinking that it requires.

Outside of the office, Courtney enjoys trying to solve mystery novels, baking delicious gluten-free desserts, and exploring the Pacific Northwest with her husband and their adorable rescue dog, Mo.
