Darla McComas

Darla was born and raised in Oregon and joined Lindsay Hart in 2024. She earned her Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies from Pioneer Pacific College, her Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Warner Pacific College, and her Master Degree in Law from Champlain College and has worked in the industry for over 20 years as a trial paralegal.

 She is experienced in several areas of defense litigation, including employment, medical malpractice, product liability, railroad, and professional liability to name a few. She has worked in private practice as well as for city and federal municipalities. She enjoys the challenges of litigation, putting together the pieces of the puzzle, the investigative work, attention to detail and helping her attorneys prepare for the next phase of the case.

When she is not in the office, Darla enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, watching true crime, gardening, and hiking.
