Glen McClendon

Glen McClendon’s primary practice areas are commercial litigation, casualty, transportation/trucking, products liability, employment law, general business, personal injury litigation and related disputes. Representing individuals, businesses and insurance companies, Glen has extensive experience trying a broad range of cases to successful jury verdict, with special emphasis on casualty litigation and discrimination, wrongful discharge and breach of employment contract cases.

Glen’s diverse background also includes plaintiff cases, complex commercial cases, and prosecuting and defending wrongful death cases.

Glen is so well-respected, he has been selected as a neutral arbitrator by litigators representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Raised in Portland, he has been a member of the Oregon State Bar since 1973, and graduated from University of Oregon Law School and Portland State University.
