Kelsey Seibel

Kelsey focuses her practice on transactional matters within the corporate, business, and real estate areas of law. She provides practical transactional support, including drafting various corporate agreements, advising on governance and operational matters, and helping resolve property-related concerns. Kelsey is licensed to practice law in Oregon and Colorado.

Before joining Lindsay Hart, Kelsey was an associate attorney at a law firm in Portland practicing water law and real estate transactions. Kelsey also completed a two-year clerkship for the Hon. Christine Antoun of the Denver District Court in Denver, Colorado.

Kelsey earned her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she served as both a Staff Editor and Articles Editor for the University of Denver Water Law Review. She also holds a B.A. in Economics and Environmental Studies from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

In her personal time, Kelsey enjoys outdoor activities like camping and biking, as well as baking, cooking, and supporting the Wisconsin Badgers.
