Anne focuses her practice on professional liability defense, with a primary emphasis on long-term care facility defense work. Before joining Lindsay Hart, Anne clerked for Justice Lynn Nakamoto on the Oregon Supreme Court. She also spent the year before that clerking for the Hon. M. K. Merten at Lane County Circuit Court. She brings her appellate and trial clerkship experiences to her litigation practice.
