Matt Talley

A proud Portlander since birth, Matt has nearly 20 years of experience as a civil litigation paralegal. Having specialized in bankruptcy/foreclosure, construction defect, contract, environmental, and family law matters in the past (among other fields), Matt joined Lindsay Hart in 2023 and his work currently focuses on medical malpractice matters involving long-term care facilities.

Outside of the office, Matt is an active volunteer with the Sitton Elementary’s PTA and the Portland Community College’s CLEAR Clinic. He loves spending time with his wife and young son, exploring the Oregon Coast, the Willamette Valley, and Central Oregon, and cheering on the Portland Timbers, Thorns, Trail Blazers, and Pickles.
