Michael Jones

Mike is a civil litigator whose practice centers on defending hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and individual health care providers throughout Oregon and Washington. Mike is committed to helping health care clients navigate disputes with confidence while minimizing disruption to the essential services they provide to their communities.

Mike received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and graduated cum laude from Willamette University College of Law. During law school, he served as Managing Editor of the Willamette Law Review, clerked for the Oregon Department of Justice’s Civil Enforcement Division, and mentored first-year law students in legal research and writing. Prior to joining Lindsay Hart, Mike practiced at a mid-size Portland firm, where he defended Oregon employers, insurers, and claim administrators in workers’ compensation matters and advised clients on risk management, strategy, and regulatory compliance.

Originally from the humid flatlands of Florida, the lure of the mountains brought Mike to Oregon two decades ago. Now firmly rooted in the Pacific Northwest, Mike spends much of his free time exploring Oregon’s landscapes with his wife and their three boys.
