Mitchell Diesko is an associate attorney who focuses his practice on maritime and longshore defense, transportation, commercial and general litigation. Mitchell began his career with the Washington County District Attorney’s Office where he handled a major felony caseload. He developed his skills in the courtroom, taking over sixty cases to trial, including domestic violence cases, vehicular crash incidents, and mandatory minimum Ballot Measure 11 cases. Mitchell brings his experience in trial advocacy to his practice at Lindsay Hart.
Mitchell was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada to two lifelong entertainers. He attended the University of Southern California where he trained in the USC Trial Advocacy program for four years and was ultimately awarded the Samuel Leibowitz award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy. Mitchell is a magna cum laude graduate of the Beasley School of Law at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Upon graduation, Mitchell moved back out west to Portland, Oregon to pursue his career as an attorney.
Outside of the office, Mitchell loves to go wine tasting with his wife, train for triathlons, and play board games. He also loves to be a part of the community by coaching mock trial at Sunset High School.
