Tory Welch

Tory Welch attended UC Berkeley and St. Mary’s College of California. She obtained her paralegal certification from Georgetown University in Washington, DC. 

Tory joined Lindsay Hart from Portland General Electric Company where she worked as a senior litigation paralegal specializing in civil, Human Resources, and wildfire related matters. Tory started her legal career at DLA Piper LLP’s Washington DC office, working in trademark, copyright, and technology before joining their litigation department. Tory has extensive experience in data and case management as well as significant trial experience in state and federal courts. She aims to provide exceptional and quality work to those she supports.

Tory is passionate about social justice and her Cuban heritage. During her down time, Tory enjoys travel, yoga and creative writing, as well as finding time in nature with her rescue pup Bennett.
