Mina focuses his practice on civil litigation defense with an emphasis on maritime and admiralty law matters, including Longshore and Jones Act personal injury cases. Additionally, Mina represents clients in other complex legal matters and litigation involving commercial disputes, contract drafting, and general liability defense. Mina has experience in all phases of litigation, including investigation and case assessment, fact and expert discovery, legal research, motion practice, trial preparation, and trial.
Prior to joining Lindsay Hart, Mina worked as an associate attorney in the Los Angeles office of Cox, Wootton, Lerner, Griffin & Hansen, LLP., where he gained extensive experience in maritime disputes, cargo subrogation, commercial litigation, and contract disputes involving sales and service agreements.
During law school, Mina externed for the Honorable Charles M Zennache of the Lane County Circuit Court and served as a certified student prosecutor for the Lane County District Attorney’s Office.
